  Who we are

  ENIGMA is an authenticated reseller store, a company registered in the State of Oklahoma, United States, under EIN 42-3515478. You can reach us at hello@enigmascult.com. These Terms govern your use of this site and any order you place through it, and apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping & Returns page.

  Your account

  You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login details to yourself: activity under your account is treated as yours. Tell us at hello@enigmascult.com straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or to manipulate an auction.

  Prices and orders

  Prices are in euro. A listing is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer: your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and we may decline it if an item turns out to be unavailable, mispriced or fails a final check — in which case you are charged nothing, or refunded in full. Payment is by card through Stripe, including Link, or through PayPal. Bidding in an auction is the exception: it requires a card saved on your account, so a winning bid is always charged to that card and cannot be settled with PayPal. Shipping is charged as set out on the Shipping & Returns page.

  Auctions

  Bidding requires a signed-in account with a saved card. Every bid is binding and cannot be retracted, must beat the current price by at least the stated increment, and authorises us to charge your saved card if you win. A bid placed close to the end extends the clock, so a lot may close later than its published time. Lots may carry a hidden reserve; if bidding ends below it, nobody wins and no card is charged. Where a Buy It Now price is shown it is available until bidding passes it, on a first-come basis.

  Paying for a win

  When a lot closes above its reserve we charge the winning bid to the card you saved, plus shipping, and raise your order automatically. If that payment fails we will contact you to arrange it. Repeatedly failing to pay for lots you have won may cost you access to bidding.

  Cancelling an order

  You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling an order, without giving a reason, and 14 more days to send the goods back. We give this on every order, including auction wins, wherever you are shopping from. If the law where you live gives you a longer or stronger cancellation right, that one applies instead. Mystery Boxes are excluded only to the extent the law allows, because their contents are the point. Return goods unworn and complete. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.

  Authenticity and faults

  Every item is checked by our team before listing, and we describe condition honestly. Beyond that, we guarantee that goods match their description and are fit for purpose. If you believe an item is not authentic, not as described, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you notice and we will investigate and put it right by repair, replacement or refund. Customers in the EU, the EEA and the UK keep the legal guarantee of conformity their own law provides — commonly two years from delivery — and nothing here limits that or any other statutory right.*

  Liability and disputes

  Nothing in these Terms excludes liability we cannot exclude by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, and the state and federal courts sitting in Oklahoma have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, or to use a consumer dispute-resolution or ombudsman scheme available to you there.

*All products offered by ENIGMA undergo a rigorous, multi-step authentication process conducted by experienced personnel and third-party verification standards where applicable. While we exercise the highest level of due diligence in reviewing and validating each item, ENIGMA does not guarantee absolute accuracy in all instances. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept that authentication outcomes are based on expert assessment and available information at the time of inspection. ENIGMA shall not be held liable for any errors in judgment, misclassification, or subsequent disputes regarding authenticity, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this notice limits the statutory rights of consumers, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
