Shipping costs
Rates are per order, in euro, and confirmed at checkout. Spend over the threshold for your destination and shipping is free — the free option replaces the paid one automatically in your basket.

Shipping Notice: Shipping fees displayed at checkout are estimated based on the destination and current courier pricing. In rare circumstances, courier providers may adjust their rates due to factors beyond our control, including fuel surcharges, remote-area deliveries, customs requirements, peak seasons, or operational changes. Should a significant pricing discrepancy arise, our team will contact you before dispatching your order to confirm any necessary adjustments.
Delivery times
We dispatch within 1–2 working days of confirming your order — or, for an auction, of the winning bid being charged. Tracking is emailed when the courier collects.
- Greece — 1–3 working days
- Europe — 3–7 working days
- Rest of world — 5–14 working days
These are courier estimates, not guarantees; customs checks and peak periods can add time. If a parcel looks lost or stuck, email us and we will chase it.
Duties and import taxes
Orders inside the EU carry no extra charges on arrival. Outside the EU, duties and import taxes are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the recipient’s responsibility. Refusing a parcel to avoid them does not entitle you to a refund of the shipping cost.
Returns: your 14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you are cancelling it, without giving a reason, and 14 days from telling us to get the goods back to us. We give this on every order, including auction wins, wherever you are shopping from. If the law where you live gives you a longer or stronger cancellation right, that one applies instead.
To start a return, email hello@enigmascult.com with your order number and what you are sending back. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Condition
- Unworn, other than trying them on as you would in a shop.
- Complete, with the original box undamaged, plus tags, laces and any extras.
- The shoebox is part of the product — please put it inside an outer carton, not tape a label to it.
We may reduce your refund to reflect handling beyond what was needed to examine the goods — worn soles, a written-on box, missing extras.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and passes inspection we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. That includes the standard outbound shipping you paid; it does not include the cost of sending the item back, or any premium upgrade you chose. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty, not as described, or we sent the wrong thing.
What cannot be returned
Mystery Boxes, to the extent the law allows, because a box you would rather have been a different pair is the nature of the product. This does not affect your rights if a box arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described.
Faulty, wrong or not as described
Separately from the 14-day right above, you have a two-year legal guarantee that goods match their description and are fit for purpose. If something is faulty, not authentic, or not what we described, email us with photos and your order number. We will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate, and we cover the return postage. Nothing on this page limits those statutory rights.
